The vehcile was taken from Virginia to Ohio by my husband at the time. I have no ideal if the vechile was behind in payments at that time or not.
But if this is falling under "felony", could the law get me for that-even if I am the co-signer, why not go after felony charges with the one that HAS the truck in Ohio?
I need valium!
