"Anon", that was a really, really, lame reply of no help to this person whatsoever. What are you doing posting in the first place?
T.J....first question, why is your name NOT on the title?
Is your name on the contract through the company you financed it through?
What do you mean by co-signing for parts?
As a co-signer, (I was one), you have full responsiblity for the car (as you probably know), which means as a co-signer you CAN take the car from her..you may have to go through legal means, but why pay for a car that she is driving right? It may be hard work, but talk to a lawyer in your state and city...having the car repo'd because of her negligence is going to cause many, many problems for you in the future.
