Yes.. don't talk to them, they're full of crap. They have to obtain proof from the OC, not you, so their message is garbage.

Time to send the 2nd validation letter, attaching the first and saying ' you've failed to provide validation per my request'. You also can include their FDCPA violations since calling you after they got your letter is a violation.

www.creditinfocenter.com has a good 2nd letter to use.
