Dearest Collections Help;

Should you at times suffer from indigestion and feel the only way to relief is to regurgitate, then merely go to Asset Acceptance's website. Read all about Rufus H. "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel, of Grosse Pointe Michigan and Lakeland, FLorida. Mr. Reitzel has been at this sick excuse of an occupation for over forty years proving perhaps that piracy pays.
Mr. Reitzel finds the sleaze-ola business of collections to be 'fascinating'. Many readers of this board would surely concur yet for reasons of a different sort.
AssXXXX Acceptance shows no compunction about attatching false and defamatory statements about the debtor's character to any of the phony lawsuits it brings. Keep an eye out for this, perhaps a suit for libel might smash the smirk off their little faces, the ones with the eyes a bit too closely set.
Also, of late, a quick check of their filings indicates that their lawyers, who work out of the CA's glamorous offices, have found Florida Small Claims court to be a fertile killing field.
"It's new, it's fun, come on down and file a lawsuit and slay a debtor". Notice the resemblance between the CA lawyers and the Small Claims Judge and kangaroos. Custom tailored clothing hides their tails.
Also, watch out for the dirtbag 'mediators' provided to debtors by the counties as a 'free service'. The fake mediator absolves the CA lawyer of liability - they think - by prosecuting the CA case in the 'workout rooms' during court ordered sweat sessions.
Say nothing, take lots of notes, ask questions of these vain weaklings. Answer no questions. Hey, it's their picnic, they compelled your attendance by filing against you, let them cater it.
In small claims the courts are trying to rig matters so that you are guilty until executed. This is why the local goonsquads who work for the likes of the 'Dean of Bad Debt" prefer small claims as opposed to real court where rules apply equally.
Scumbags one and all. You can smell them long before catching sight of their plastered down dyed hair and shiny polyester suits.
Still and all, they do refute the notion that cousins who marry can't reproduce.

Ever gently,

Keyser Soze

Repo man goes it alone!"
