As I have told you before.
If you try to settle with any one of them -the rest will immediately sue. If you "validate" or "dispute" they will sue.If you do nothing and make excuses and do not give them the idea that you NEED to clean up your credit, or that you HAVE $$ to settle with, or assets that are seizable, or a job that they can garnish wages on.--they won't likely sue.

If you wish to file BK,you should do it NOW, as it appears the new BK bill IS going to be passed.
