It is, unfortunately, true that there are no restrictions placed on OC's for collections. I'd hang the lot of them by the short ones if I could for their rudness, most of them are as bad or worse than CA's !!! There NEEDS to be some chains installed to curb these OC collection dogs, and I think complaints to the FTC should be made and tape recordings and logs provided to them to do something. Why should they be able to get away with calling at all hours of the day and night, use profanity and other abusive language just because they're the OC ?? Its WRONG and these vampires need to be brought into the light of day !!!!
