In my opinion, if you have already disputed or requested validation from the CA, any further contact that YOU initiate to them could be constued as waiving your privacy righta.

Another poster, on another forum,received a response to a validation request fom a ca that was a privacy form, unfortunately, it was addressed to her husband, he signed it and sent it to them thereby waiving his HIPAA rights.
