Dear DDF-

Tell them nothing, let them guess the rest. If you willingly provide your SS# (which they probably already have) and if you live in Florida, you are helping them to get their ducks in a row for Florida's new lien and garnishment law. You driver licence number would be very helpful to their fishing expedition.
Sounds like these weevils are trying to psych you out, create some sort of excuse for their violations based upon your cooperation.
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act may apply, send them a nice intent to sue letter, start FTC complaint. Let FTC decide as to violations.
Look, with the regulatory agencies sometimes it's not the specific violations committed by a scumbag CA, it's the height of the stack of complaints that ultimately pulls the trigger. Burn them, even if you're wrong, let them play catch up. Let them waste their money clearing their name.
Yes, these are commie degenerate tactics as conveyed to you by a lifelong conservative. Why does one endorse commie-pink-prevert tactics? Simple, because they work against this particular strain of virus known as CA's.

Your dutch uncle,

Keyser Soze
