I had a run in with Wolpoff and Abramson. They were trying to collect on an 8 year old credit card debit. They were the rudist people on the face of the earth. I just don't understand how people can treat each other like that. The short of it was, from WhyChat's webpage, I found out the SOL and used the letter, called them to get their mailing address...and the guy said, "why are you sending a letter of dispute?" I said, "The SOL has expired." And he said, "its 7 years," and I replied, "in Oklahoma its three." He was NOT happy...

They wanted my driver's license number, and people who are not living with me names, addresses and phone numbers. I wouldn't give it to them. They get paid the bucks to do the work.
