paid judgement removal

I have 3 paid judgements from the n.y.s. sales tax bureau from my bussiness which i was personally responsible for. Is there anyway to have these removed? I think i was served by regular mail and don't think i or anyone ever signed for this. Does anyone know what the proper serving method is in NY?
