Here in akron, oh asset has been filing about a dozen suits a week and sometimes they actually post their proof online. I see old citibank receipts from the 80's. I see stupid signed affadavits from thei officer stating the debt is real(whoppy doo). I also see those ridiculous arbitration agreements they have gotten on people. The problem is these agreements are done on people who have not responded because they moved a decade ago. The arbitration forum specifically states that the consumer has to be present to defend themselves and then goes ahead and awards to the scum CA anyway.
