NCO, a simple corporate abbreviation, stands for Neanderthals, Cretins, Oafs. Firm formed when the Black Lagoon - of creature fame - was drained. A total scumbag operation. Hospitals run by Columbia use this agency. You go to hospital, you pay, your primary and secondary health carriers pay. Then the hospital, ever charitable, bills you for more money - hey, why not? - and when you don't pay for the reason that the bill is phony, NCO starts calling. What's funny about these knuckle-draggers is that you don't have to listen too closely to hear other operators in the backgroung screaming at people.
When asked, sometimes one of their stooges has a sense of humor and will tell you that it's to be expected, after all they are a collection agency, a point made obvious when downwind of these mangy characters.
