Hi.. actually there is a bank you can open an account with, they don't go through chexsystem or telecheck. It's very easy to open an account. go to there website www.principal.com and fil out the online applications. and then you print out the signature card and either mail your deposit to them along with the signature. In a matter of 2 weeks you get your check along with a debit card.
