If they filed suit against you,from Ca, in Texas, for an illegal claim on a deficiency from a repo improperly done in Wash. and you needed to use a SOL claim, I will personally make arrangements to obtain a good hungry consumer lawyer in Tx to defend you and sue the $--T out of the CA and the OC in Wash that repo'd the car.
