Send a dispute into the CRA's stating it is not your account, you never had an account with Macy's and you had disputed it with them, but they were unable to produce any proof it was your account.If you make sure the account is properly disputed,it will come off faster.

There is NO WAY any payment you make will change a negative trade line to a "paid as agreed" -someone is lying to you.
