Asset Acceptance Corporation, whose founder and principal, one Rufus H. "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt Reitzel", is distinguishing itself as one of the sleaziest scumbag operations in an 'industry' in which competitors try not to top but to bottom one another.
This webboard of late is filled with postings from people experiencing that which you are enduring. Seems this company, based out of Michigan with backhouse offices on Katy Drive in Brandon, FL, is knowingly filing fraudulent suits against as many people as they can. They are playing a cynical numbers game. Immediately get a FTC complaint started. It's not your complaint that will so fittingly hang these avaricious gouty userers. It's not mine. It's the old bromide that when the stack of complaints reaches a certain critical height....The more the merrier.
These practices well explain why tax offices in Michigan indicate two, not one, two homes owned by Mr. Reitzel in Grosse Pointe, MI. Nice load of landholdings in the Lakeland, FL area as well. Check out the AAC website. Run Reitzel's name through the search engines along with 'Brad' (his first name really isn't Brad, it's a secret) Bradley, the VP of this company. AMazing what you'll find. Long history of bogus actions initiated against people like us. The pictures of these nice folk indicate a rich diet and fine garments. Let's see if we can't help change that picture.
