I understand and sympathize with your anger and frustration,however if you are filing a complaint against a collection agency it has to be for actual violations of the FDCPA.

Since they probably HAVE the legal right under your State laws to file charges against you for a bad check, and since jail time MAY be a possibility if you were convicted of the (felony/misdemenor depending on your State law) then they are not threatening an impossible consequence.

As to the rest of it, if they did not use abusive or obscene language,or call back repeatedly, or call before 8 am or after 9 pm, they are not in violation there either.
