Last year my DH was trying to modify visitation with his ex. We retained a lawyer and he pissed the judge off within the first 5 minutes, so the judge thru out the case. He gave us back 1500.00 of our retainer then called a week later saying he forgot about some papers he requested that cost 75.00. We were so pissed off at him for pissing the judge off we haven't paid him. He is adding interest. Its like 80.00 now but we really don't want to pay him, we already pd him 3500.00 for nothing!! My question is if we wait for a few more years does that go under a written contract and the sol is 6 yrs in az? Its only been a little over a year ago. He doesn't call just sends bills every month. Then get this in dec. he sends us a christmas card.. LOL Just wondering what SOL that falls under?

Thanks so much this site is wonderful!!
