These two very small Medical bills....

Have these two medical bills, one for 35.00 and
one for 44.00 that are at the same collections agency/ lawyers office. These only appear on report as in collection status 60 days late. No lawsuit has been filed. Want to just pay these. Can I request of them to remove the tradeline from report...or update
it as paid...do they have the ability to update it in such a way or even remove it totally ( said to stay on till 2006
Of course.. do it in writing.....
