SOL for getting a deficiency is X years from your repo date. Where X is your favorite number (seriously X seems to vary alot) It starts the day of the repo.
What does a PO Box have to do with this? They issued you a loan without knowing your physical street address ? Wow The Collectors might start calling and you can send thema cease and desist. If they Continue to call then you have a cuase of action to sue.
