The "X" equation is simple- If the repo was not done in COMPLETE accordance with your State's motor vehicle finance laws,including notice of sale, complete accounting of proceeds and WRITTEN notice of a deficiency from the sale,with PROOF that you were given all required notices,unless you WAIVED all your rights when yu turned the car back in, THERE CAN BE NO DEFICIENCY.
