12 copies of the agreement .. do ANY of them have your signature on it ??? If not, that's NOT validation. The printout of a screen is laughable, that does NOT prove their right to collect, but you'll never pry a copy of their contract out of them anyway. What about a complete accounting of how they arrived at the alleged balance you owe ?? If they don't provide details of all payments, charges, etc. over the LIFE if the account, then they haven't properly validated - and it IS your right to request that much detail ! I don't know about losing your job for garnishment, it was my understanding that that was against the law.
