Well, then, if they didn't send you anything with your signature on it to PROVE you signed for any purchases, how does that prove YOU used the card and therefore are bound by the contract ?? They HAVE to provide a SIGNATURE. They also must provide the full accounting as I mentioned.

You might like to read the FTC Wollman opinion letter and read thru the Spears V. Brennan case. Between the two, it clearly defines what is NOT proper validation. They probably think 12 pages of a contract w/o any signatures is all they need.. NOT !!

Yes, send them a 2nd letter that says 'sorry, you have not fully validated' (sample can be found at www.creditinfocenter.com) and give them xx days to produce it or go away.

Also check your credit report. If they have not noted the account as 'in dispute', as is the law, you have them on violations of the FCRA as well as the FDCPA !!
