Answer the questions truthfully,in the case of your name and address, make sure it is correct.In the case of questions about any alleged debt, state , "unknown" no record.

When you get to the hearing,(make sure you make a copy of your answers,and the receipt showing it was mailed to them)If they do not show, request an IMMEDIATE hearing and a dismissal WITH PREJUIDICE.

You should also consider filing a counterclaim against them for violations of the FDCPA & Ca FDCPA law.
