He gets the Federal SSI benefit plus a state SSI supplement for a total of about $650 a month. He is 49 years old and it is very unlikely that his condition will ever improve. He will most likely be on SSI for the rest of his life. There is also little likelyhood of any inheritance during his lifetime.
