If you have already "settled" with the repo collection agency,then you send in a dispute to the CRA's on that account stating it is incorrect, no such account for that amount.DO NOT say it was "settled". When the CRA's go to verify the account, they should have no response, or a deletion from the CA you paid, (hopefully).
