I received a credit card offer from First Premier Bank. After reading it I tossed it into the trash. Their offer for a credit card included an annual fee ($49.00), a set up fee ($79.00),a monthly service fee ($7.00) and some other charge just to get the card. Anyway, without making one charge I would have owed them close to $200.00 right off the bat. I thought loan sharking was illegal.
