I have 10 days to file an answer to a summons, i've spoken to the Citi's attorney because i want to settle this matter. She told me, if we come up with an agreement (3 payments, etc) i should not answer the summons because a judgement would not be given at this point.. i still think i should answer... she said if i dont answer, then they (the attorneys) would have to file a motion for the judgement and this would take at least another 28 days (in which everything would be satisfied by then)...what should i do... ohio
