Sorry if this duplicates, did not see it post... I recd a summons a few wks ago from Citibank, I have 10 days left to answer. I want to settle this. I spoke to their attorney and she said that if i intend to settle (within the next 30 days), i should not answer the summons because it will take another 30 days after the answer date to file for the judgement.. does this make sense? i,m in ohio
