You replied:
"Even if they DID file suit, and even if you did not bother to fight it in Court, all you need to do is enter an exemption in the record for your car as having under $1,000 value and used for transportation of your father's health equipment."

This car, '99 rebuilt title, is the only asset that I have. Plus they can garnish my wages. In FL, there is 20 years SOL after judgment, and I have a lot of charge-off accounts, so I better do bk, and start again in 10 years. Don't you think?

I will try to exempt my car from bk.

...Well I received summons for a suit for a 10k account on a repoed car, plus attny's fees (3k), plus court fees(?). I haven't answer to it yet, because I wasn't served in person. (It is not a small claim) So, I don't know if I should wait for them to find me in person.

I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Thanks a million
