Oay, you got me. I'm the frontman for a CA. JUST Kidding!!! I was just saying that their little deal sounds better than a judgement, in my own head. That's why I said it was just a thought :) It's just that if I were still within SOL and was definitely being sued by them and were offered this deal, I would strongly consider it. Actually, I almost took them up on it myself, before I found out that I had just skated past SOL. They had been threatening to sue me and then all of a sudden I got the option of paying them $50/month, with no interest, a credit card and no visit to the little shop of horrors known as court. It looked like a much better deal than I would have gotten in court.
