If they did not ALSO include a copy of the agreement with YOUR SIGNATURE on it, then they have only partially validated.

Between the FTC Wollman opinion letter and the Spears v. Brennan case, it says that a signed contract ALONE is not sufficient proof and neither is a bunch of credit card statements !!
