I had 19 exhibits. She told me they do not do hard or soft inquiry deletions. I pulled out a sworn affadavit from another credit net member and numerous credit reports people had sent me proving she was lying. She told me my tradeline was never deleted so it could not have been reinserted. I gave the judge 3 credit reports with the middle one missing the tradeline. She then lied and said CAs remove tradelines when they do maintenance. She also changed her story about her other lies in mediation. I guess it is just wait and see who the judge believes. I only filed for $3000 which is 3 violations. I had 69. It is easy to find 3 violations but we will see.
