I have been notified (via phone) by Citibank's ca NCO Financial Inc that they are seeking a judgment against me. Further, they explained that filing bankruptcy would not protect me? Moreover, they stated that a hearing will be held and I will not be given a chance to respond before the hearing. Is this true and what are my options?
