very, very small letters down at the bottom. it's not one of the scams. kathi did receive one of those in december from cap one tho for another old credit card debt from '95. i will send those letters today. thanks here is another question about that other cap one acct. they are suing for $1195. Last activity on that acct was in '96. the balance then was $177. it was around the same time her car was stolen. i sent them two letters trying to get them to validate to see the older statements with no reply. what should i do now? duke
