Use the ID theft letters on ALL entries of her's. If you still have a copy of the police report, send that too. File an ID theft report with the FTC & your State AG's office.

Are they still reporting on her CRA's on those obsolete accounts? If so, send them a NEW validation/dispute ID THEFT letter, (from my website)
