Send C&D letter to all agencicies involved. Start FTC complaint about the calls, surely he must have committed some infraction of the rules by his statements. Tape all future calls and listen to them, take notes, say little to nothing. Set these scumbags up for a fall.
Report your distress to your doctor. Owing thirty thousand in and of itself is emotionally taxing, being threatened about it by some manipulative, psychological problem child half-wit who lacks even the courage to use his own name is all the more so distressing.
Send validation & dispute letter to this prince of a chancre, and hope they don't validate within the thirty days. When they don't, another FTC complaint.
Colorado legislature is watering down the office that oversees CA's, claiming that debtor complaints cost them money. So, hey, let's cost these bums money whilst we still can. (See separate posting re COlorado on this date).
Glad to know that Florida isn't the only state whose pseudo-conservative legislature that's been bought and paid for by the insurance, banking, and collection lobbies.
