CA Harassment

I was just contacted by a Robert Hall who told me that he was with Gwinnett Consultants In Cardiology. He ask, "Are you going to take care of the 133.00 amicably." When I informed him that I was filing BK. Which I had told him before. He stated, "Really, you said that before. You can get the money to file bankruptcy, but not to pay this bill." I told him it wasn't the only bill I had. He said, "And whose fault is that." I told him to speak with my exes who collectively owe over 30 thousand in arrearage. He said, "Whose fault is that." I hung up. Then I found the last statement pertaining to GCIC and Robert Hall isn't with them. He is with a CA by the name of Innovative Accounts Management. I called ask to speak with Robert Hall's manager. Needless to say, he treated me virtually the same way as Robert Hall had. When I informed him that "clients" have rights...he laughed. I hung up.
Thanks for letting me vent...I wish I could do more...
