Okay, First-I dispute the wrong entries with the CRA's. My ex didn't use my SSN to get and use credit...I believe he "created a 1099 in my name with my SSN to lower his taxable income." I never received a 1099. Do I dispute this with the IRS also.
Second- the tax debts happened apparently while we were married. The forms were always filed out-I took them to HR Block. Then they were handed to my ex and he took care of them. In the divorce agreement, he is totally responsible for any and all irs debt from 1983 to 1993 and I am to be held harmless. Apparently, that looks really good on paper only.
