Help--WhyChat or LadynRed--Ex & IRS Sucker-punched

I just received my credit report via CRA-Trans Union and I have a huge problem. The first three entries are Federal Tax Lien's entered 08/1990, 03/1991 and 03/1991. At that time, I was a stay at home mom with a 4.5 year old son and married to my now ex-husband. I started College in 1991, but I hadn't worked since my son was 1 year old. We filed joint returns, because I signed them and the irs kept what I paid in to cover my exes taxes. My ex told me that he had taken care of his IRS problems...I think I know how he did it. According to my credit report, my last known employment was "Superintendent Farmer Framing." That was my ex-husbands job title!! HELP! I have never received any information on any of these "superior court - usa irs" cases. I have a docket number for each of the lien's. Where do I start? What can I do? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. I live in the state of Georgia. We have been divorced since 1994.
