Yes, dispute anything that's incorrect on your CR with the CRA's. They HAVE to investigate and if they can't verify the info, the HAVE to remove the entries.

What do you mean your ex 'created' a 1099 ?? Do you have ANY copies of this or the tax returns ? That would be a tax fraud that could carry some serious consequences, but you'll need proof. You can order all copies of those tax returns from the IRS, so don't be shy about going that route. I *think* that includes copies of all the supporting w2's etc. that had to be sent with the tax return. You might also call H&R Block, I KNOW they keep copies of tax records and you might luck out (I have a friend who runs her own HRB office).

As for the divorce agreement, you can file a complaint with the court as he would be in contempt for ignoring a court order.
