You can file bk on bounced checks, as I have done so already. It was in the amount of 126.00 in Michigan. Validation is for current bounced check, want to make sure if it is purchased as CA is saying it is.
C & D is for same co, as they won't stop harrassing me. I am working on a lot of different things here. Trying to figure out if you can sol letter on past bk accounts that are past sol.
