just thought id say something here .. im no expert but from what i understand you " can not " file to include bounced personal checks with BK becouse again from what i understand but i could be wrong bouncing checks is criminal not just civil .. im not sure what your trying to validate exactly maybe you could provide a lil more info on that but "in my opinion" the only time you should send a c&d is when the debts past SOL .. bye , kelly .....
