C & D or Validation?

As you might have figured out by now, I have a lot of questions. Is there a limit on how many you can post?
Do you need to send validation letter first, wait for that then send c & d after you get validation? LJROSS is calling me a theif, calling and hanging up on me(my caller id displays toll call and 800 #) telling me to pay my bill, that I am going to jail, that I cant file bk on bounced checks, etc. Saying I am enjoying the merchandise I got for free, so PAY UP. They had me so worked up I almost cussed them out. I asked them not to call, they said they don't have to stop calling me. I don't know which to do first, please help. We are both in Michigan, check is mine, bounced at Meijers, and was bounced about a year ago.
