I am currently trying to clean up my credit report. I have a debt from 92 that I don't even remember.A CA called me the other day to collect and it happens to be the third CA to this account. I know that the original creditor is out of business and a previous CR reported it as charged off from them. I live in WA state and need to know at what point the SOL starts. I have been doing a lot of research and want to be sure that I am in the right before I get in the end if I am wrong......
