Thank you for your responses. I actually received a letter today from the third party that now has the collection and it has the typical failure to comply may result in suit..blah, blah, blah. This letter is from a company call NCC-Northeast Credit and Collections a division of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc.
Why do most of these places have "financial" in the name anyway?
