What exactly are you validating? Is it just the proclaimed miss payment or the whole debt? Thats what I don't get.. I don't have the funds right now to pay the missed payment or the whole debt. Hopefully I will in the near future. so should I just ignore the statement or should I validate. If they cannot get proper validation then does this mean the whole debt cannot be validated and basically I can win a court battle because they don't have the proper proof.?
