I was never served papers. I went on internet to find out. as far as Ohio records go all I can see is 1996 for original filing on OC name.But then it also has it listed under Both names then transfer and that date is 01. I live in WV nowBut this has to be a bill from around 88 originally. This is not on the cr I have from 01.
