Why are you certain that Sears will bring his/her account to court for judgement? As i have been posting about Sears here alot lately I am becoming more weary that this is going to happen to me because Sears is about to fall off my report in November. RMA is on my report also but there is something wrong with these two, something with the dates.

Is Sears notorious for trying to get a judgement just before SOL? How should I be prepared for this to happen prior to November when scheduled to fall off CR. Also I think that my Sears SOL has already run out but thats where I am confused, with all the different dates that are on my report I cannot tell.

Sears has:
last activity 09-1996
date opened/ reported since = 11-1993/ 04-1994

date of status/last reported = 11-1999 / 11-2002

RMA states on CR:
date opened: 11-93
Months reviewed: (blank)
Date of last activity: 03/97
date reported 01-2000
