I read a post about the only legal SOL date is the chargeoff date. I was charged off on an acct.(9/98) and yet last payment made to OC was 10/97.I thought they had to charge off after 180 days. I need to know when the Sol for lawsuit would be up. I lived in Ohio 4yr.SOL now WV 5yr.Sol What date would they go by?
